Renaissance has announced a strategic partnership with Nothreat, a UK-based cybersecurity company specializing in pre-emptive AI defence against next generation threats. The partnership arrives as Gartner names pre-emptive cybersecurity a Top 10 Strategic Technology Trend for 2026, reflecting a structural shift away from detection-and-response models that are being outpaced by AI-powered attacks.

Signature-based tools are losing ground to adversaries who use large language models to generate novel exploits at machine speed. Nothreat takes a different approach: a signature-independent, deception-first platform that deploys traps to capture real attacker behaviour in real time, including LLM-generated payloads.
